The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership ("EDP," "we," "us," or "our") offers SMS text messaging as a convenient way to communicate with business prospects, investors, site selectors, and community stakeholders. Our text messages relate to business communications, meeting coordination, event information, and follow-ups to inquiries.
By providing your mobile phone number and engaging in SMS communications with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number to EDP staff, initiating text message contact with us, or replying to our messages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership. You understand that:
Message frequency varies based on business needs and your level of engagement with our organization
Messages are not required to conduct business with us, and you may opt out at any time
